Food, plants, and relaxation: a natural approach to stress and inflammation
Chronic stress and low-grade inflammation are now implicated in many disorders: persistent fatigue, sleep disturbances, concentration difficulties, pain, reduced energy, or even metabolic imbalances. This workshop offers an understanding of the links between stress, the nervous system, and inflammation, as well as their impact on overall health. Participants will discover how diet, certain plants, and simple relaxation techniques can help support the body's balance and improve daily well-being. Accessible to everyone, this workshop will alternate between theoretical input, practical advice, and concrete tools that can be easily applied in everyday life. Please bring a notebook, a pen, and a bottle of water.
