This summer, Cité musicale-Metz invites Borny residents to enjoy a musical moment in their neighbourhood. These gatherings, centred on sharing and conviviality, offer an opportunity to discover or rediscover four local artists and groups with different styles. On Tuesday 25 August, discover Løya Champloo, a musical nomad born in Japan in 2021, whose songs are composed like a travel journal. Their sound is a fusion of Sara's vocals from Colombia, Seb's distortions from France and Romania, the rhythmic force of JM and Loïc's Bass-Batt, and Cyrian and Lucas's brass section. Løya returns to music's primal functions: moving, dancing and connecting. The group's musical territories range from the Amazon to Réunion, from Zen temples to the Sahara. Like crossroads of civilisation, they draw inspiration from every horizon to create their musical arabesques.
