Blood donation at the Fire and Rescue Center

By appointment. Conditions: be between 18 and 70 years old, weigh at least 50 kg, be deemed fit during the preliminary interview, present a photo ID, eat and stay well hydrated before donating. Allow between 45 minutes and 1 hour, from registration to refreshments. The donation takes approximately 10 minutes, and the refreshment break approximately 20 minutes.
