Benjamin and Amélie, a young couple in their thirties, decide to buy their dream home as a life annuity from Nicolette, a woman who appears to be dying. But shortly after the sale, she feels much better and the couple wonder whether they have been scammed. Soon in financial difficulty, they are forced to consider the worst.
