With Colette Brunel, master hypnotherapy practitioner and sophrologist, and Delphine Nguyen, sound practitioner. Aged 18 and over. Contraindications: pregnancy of less than 4 months or more than 8 months, wearing a pacemaker, psychotic disorders. Price: €40 until 21/08/2026; €45 from 22/08/2026. A €20 deposit is required. Workshop limited to 7 participants. Free parking 5 minutes’ walk away. Mats provided; please bring a cushion, a blanket and an eye mask or scarf. In case of cancellation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
