On Saturday evening, Komptoir brings out the board: unlimited Alsatian flammekueche, with an endless parade of variations (traditional cream-onion-bacon, gratinated with Emmental, mushroom forestière, grilled vegetables, goat cheese, salmon-caper). A convivial, sharing format, ideal for groups. Service at 6 p.m., €23 per person. Reservations recommended for tables of more than 4 people.
