Holy Ghost Garden, a true antidote to the dreariness of autumn 🌼

An unusual flower-filled café in Luxembourg City where people come to wander among bouquets, sip a matcha latte, fall in love with a vase and indulge in a few delicious treats…

The café is 100% local thanks to Feierboun Coffeeroasters, and most of the cakes come from Ateliers de Yolande Coop, in Mondorf-les-Bains, which supports people with disabilities. And that’s not all! Candles, pottery, Luxembourgish gin… Lovely local gems may well make you fall for them!

Do you remember the smell of the cake coming out of the oven at your grandmother’s house? At Alegría, right in the city centre, you can recapture a little of that magic ✨

Chef Carole Lesquer prepares treats inspired by her Breton and Spanish roots: strawberry tart, rum baba, naturally leavened focaccia and other sweet delights 😋

With its cosy upstairs area, it’s the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy a good coffee or take a tea-time break in a gorgeous atmosphere 🫖💛 Here, happiness is homemade ;) !

In a nearly 400-year-old house, right in the heart of Luxembourg City, The Little Bakeshop keeps serving up plenty of reasons to give in: homemade pastries, generous cookies and specialty coffee 🍰

Our favorite? The matcha latte, the cookies (also available in vegan and gluten-free versions) and the pretty ceramic tableware you can buy on-site. Breakfast, lunch or an afternoon treat, any excuse is a good one to stop by!

📍7 Rue du Palais de Justice, Luxembourg

Just a stone’s throw from Luxembourg railway station, Bloom is the perfect place to turn an ordinary journey between the office and the station into a delightful little foodie ritual. Yes, it’s the team’s morning ritual and one of our personal favourites ❤️

On the menu: specialty coffee roasted by The Barn, matcha latte, chai, homemade hot chocolate, and a great selection for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Avocado toast, quiches, homemade granola and acai bowls sit alongside the pastries of the day. Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options are also available!

Our favourite? The fresh fruit granola bowl (Léa’s favourite—and that’s a recommendation worth taking seriously!). 

📍101 Rue Adolphe Fischer, Luxembourg

Going out for a coffee with children can sometimes feel like a Koh-Lanta challenge. At LESS by Tati, in Bonnevoie, the idea is precisely to make your life easier. This café focuses on healthy, natural and balanced food, with homemade pastries, indulgent hot drinks, fresh homemade juices and savoury dishes for breakfast or lunch.

But its superpower is its play area for children: books, board games, a play kitchen and activities to keep them occupied while you enjoy your break. Yes, you can drink your coffee while it’s still hot. We repeat: still hot! An address to try with the family, combining the useful with the enjoyable 🧸
