Here are the points to remember about current local life in Metz ➡️
C I N E M A: Kinépolis and Klub Cinema theatres will remain empty until June 22nd 😢 . Health restrictions are the following...1,2,3 ACTIONS 🎬 number of seats available divided by 2, social distancing and for better opt for card payments.
In the meantime, you can go to the drive-in cinema in Luxembourg or even watch "Dynasty" on Netflix, the new season has just come out and it's 🔥, 🔥, 🔥 !
N I G H T L I F E: the night lovers will have to hold their body a little bit more, shhhh... you hear that... yes yes it's the dancefloor calling you... But due to the current situation, clubs, discos, and other party animal places should remain closed, at least, until June 21, 2020.... For sanitary measures, you should expect to wear the mask, wash your hands when entering and leaving the place, respect a limited number of people in the smoking rooms, no contact with the DJ, contactless orders via sheets to be completed, and disposable glasses.
There is also a virtual club that has just been launched in Belgium, the idea is simple: good music, a drink, chit-chat with friends and everything happens online.
R E S T A U R A N T: the government has given the go to restaurants that have been open for a while. However, some of them still offer takeaways or delivery services for spaces that are a little too small. It's up to you to see what makes you happy.
T E R R A C E: a real pleasure for the post lockdown! Finally, you can have lunch outside here ☀️, have a drink with your friends here or have dinner with Darling. But, some restrictions remain: collective fans and misters will not be used (you'll have to invest in fans, olé!!), only people with a seat can be welcomed in the establishment (Max: 10 people per table) Distance between the teams of the establishments...etc... etc...(you know the song, we didn't do it to you anymore, right?!).
S H O P P I N G: the shops are ready to welcome you and we're here to help you have an unforgettable shopping journey. If you want to find some exclusive items to match the new summer trend: the mask 😷, you can check out our selection of local concept stores.
P O O L: if you want to paddle, it will be possible from June 15th at the Belletanche swimming pool and from June 22nd at the Lothaire swimming pool, if everything goes well. For the swimming pool on the 'Square du Luxembourg', you'll have to wait until September 15 because it's getting a makeover. But, note that you'll have to register to be able to do lengths (more info here).
P L A Y G R O U N D: they are open ! As well as the sports areas (outdoor fitness workout), but, the greenhouses of the Botanical Garden remain closed for the moment.
