Walygator reopens for 5.000 people
The Walygator amusement park, which belongs to the Spanish leisure giant Aspro Parks through a host of companies in Luxembourg, opened this Saturday. For 5,000 people, maximum allowed by the French government.
"We hope that visitors who will prefer local holidays in France will come from all over the region and even from Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany to enjoy our attractions." The new director of the Walygator amusement park, near Metz and Thionville, Laurent Muller, told our colleagues at France Bleu that they lost "nearly 70,000 admissions" during the containment. A figure to report to an attendance of 290,000 people last year when it was still managed by Materne Heiligenstein.
