We found the must-visit coffee shop for brunch in Thionville: She's Coffee. A place that skillfully mixes vintage and modernity, with natural tones, a refined decor, and that soothing ambiance whispering directly to you: "sit back, you've got time."

Here, the first pleasure of the day is savored guilt-free: ultra-gourmet granola, homemade pastries, and above all, delicious fluffy pancakes (red fruits & pistachio... our big favorite ❤️‍🔥).

As for drinks, everything is tempting: matcha, ube latte, homemade juices... but our heart leans towards the detox juice, with its hint of lime adding just the right amount of pep to the lunch break 🍋

Among them, a major favorite: Le Marais - Thionville. This concept store for decor & lifestyle, is typically the kind of place where you enter "just to look" before wanting to redo your entire apartment ten minutes later. Jewelry, stunning tableware, lighting, furniture, fragrances, decorative items... every corner is filled with treasures carefully selected.

The most dangerous part of the story? You come to find a gift for someone... and you end up leaving with a little treat for yourself (and frankly, we totally approve of this concept 😌).

For digestion, what could be better than a stroll along the quays in Thionville 🌊

You take a deep breath of fresh air, you slow down, you breathe... and you let the day gently flow at the rhythm of the Moselle.

For the itinerary, it's recommended to start at the Parc Wilson, before heading to the quays and just let yourself be carried, walking, loitering, daydreaming while watching the water. For the more motivated, it's also the ideal spot for a little jogging or a bike ride. And in summer, surprise: jet skis enliven the Moselle (yes, we know, there are no waves... but it makes some happy 😄).

You can then head back towards the city by passing through the Parc Napoléon. There, a change of atmosphere: artistic installations, flowered lawns, fountain, children's playground… it's the perfect spot to settle down and just E-N-J-O-Y. You sunbathe on the grass, improvise a picnic, observe the artworks, let yourself be lulled by the sound of water... and read on a bench without noticing the time pass ✨
