Supermiro celebrates its 11th anniversary with its giant App'éro

Let's be honest with you: three weeks before the party, we no longer had a venue. Yes. Three weeks. For 100+ people. We wanted to play at home at Foundry, our usual playground. We had a few small safety issues... and let's just say we decided to look elsewhere.

Three weeks before the party. For 100 people. And then, moving heaven and earth, it was Catherine from co-labor who said yes. In three weeks, she and her team opened the doors of their space with rare generosity and zero visible panic on her part.If you don't know co-labor yet, now is the time to note the Good Spot.📍

For the decor, we went all out with the flea market style: vintage furniture, objects with history, warm atmosphere, just like at home. Exactly what we wanted. Exactly what we love. You know us a little by now. With an extra soul.

At Supermiro, we have a philosophy: if you're coming all the way for us, you deserve more than a plastic wine glass and a piece of chip.

Upon arrival: custom-made cocktails and mocktails in Supermiro's colors, created for the occasion by our favorite Cocktail guy: Raphael from BAC

Coral color, of course. And to keep you beautifully waiting, as a small gift a board of treats to hang on your glass... to place your bites on while keeping your hands free (the best networking gift you've ever had and 100% reusable baby for chic and refined networking!) Accompanied by a small explanatory Supermiro postcard that suits. Because little attentions, that's our language!

We weren't going to celebrate 11 years without showcasing our beautiful visual identity. We put effort into the signage for the evening. Because the details are what makes the difference between a decent evening and one to remember. What do you think?

For 45 minutes, eLfy retraced the milestones, thrills, challenges, and pride of eleven years of Supermiro. With humor, with emotion, with a whole bunch of memories and so much goofing around.

And to top (really) all that off: Les Culottés d'Or Awards. Surprise trophies awarded with lots of love and a tiny bit of mischief to all those who have made the history of Supermiro. The everyday accomplices, the early builders, the people without whom none of this would exist.

Let's not lie: there were a few tears in the room. But the good kind! Honestly: eLfy was running a bit of a marathon that night. The slides were ready, the humor was on point, but at the award for Louis and the one for her team, she cracked a bit. But it was good.

A Supermiro evening without surprises isn't a Supermiro evening.

Writing to an app may be a little crazy. But reading those letters, that's even more so (in a good way).

The weather had decided to play spoilsport. But nearly 100 people showed up, and the human warmth was more than enough to compensate. Thank you to each of you for making the trip, for laughing, for dancing (a bit), for writing love letters to a Luxembourgish event app! (we're still amazed)

We took advantage of these 11 years to do something we've been putting off for... a while. We rethought everything. The new Supermiro is coming out this week. We announced it to you as a sneak preview.

New site, new app', new interface that no longer makes you search for three minutes for something that should be obvious in three seconds.

A search function that really works, great addresses highlighted as they deserve, SEO that will finally allow everyone to find us (including your aunt who types "what to do luxembourg saturday" into Google and hasn't found anything useful for years).

It's prettier. It's faster. It's more us.

And honestly? We're quite proud. This summer we're continuing to perfect it because that's how we are: never completely satisfied, always tinkering with something in a corner. Don't hesitate to send us your feedback.
