The Silverbacks Strengthsports team, in collaboration with the ATCSports gym, is organizing the FIRST Seated Adaptive Athlete Workshop in Luxembourg.
The movements that will be explained and practiced - under the direction of Paralympian Tom Habscheid and IPF powerlifting world champion Mark Notschaele - will be:

Front hold
Press journal
Sled pull
Axle Press
Bench Press
The workshop is aimed at all levels - beginners to experienced athletes.
