Ronan Keating - Echterlive Festival
When Ronan Keating answered a newspaper ad in 1993 to audition for a brand-new Irish boy band, he probably wouldn't have imagined he'd still be successful nearly 30 years later. Singer, songwriter, radio and TV host, actor, charity activist, loving husband and devoted father ... Ronan has never felt more inspired by life and his multi-faceted career. On the occasion of his 30th anniversary as a singer and musician, Ronan Keating announces a new tour, during which he will also make a stop in Echternach.
Ronan Keating's impressive musical career began in 1994 with the boy band Boyzone. Their first hit song, “Love Me For A Reason”, immediately reached the top three of the singles chart. From then on, Ronan's journey on the music scene was unstoppable. With Boyzone, one of the biggest pop bands of the '90s, he scored six number-one hits and a total of 16 top-five singles. In August 1999, he scored his first number-one single with his solo hit “When You Say Nothing At All”, from the soundtrack of the hit film “Notting Hill”.
