Kamishi-what? Kamishibai. A traditional Japanese storytelling form. It is a small picture book theater, traditionally attached to a bicycle, making the theater mobile. Equipped with a bicycle and Kamishibai, we head to the city park of Luxembourg City (near the pirate ship) during school holidays. At 3 PM, one or two picture stories are read aloud. Everyone, young or old, can listen. The theater sometimes takes place in Luxembourgish, sometimes in German or English. Sometimes there are even stories that don't require a language. Curious? The action starts during the Pentecost holidays on Tuesday at 3 PM.
