Three characters thrust into an absurd, quirky evening filled with confrontations and twists. Jean-Régis de la Motte Saint-Pierre manages the rental of his wife's Parisian apartment. At the end of a long day of visits, Jean Régis eagerly anticipates a lovely evening with his mistress, Gwénaëlle. However, the arrival of Bertrand Serrarin, a potential tenant, and a locked door throw them all into an evening full of surprises.
