A guest since 2022, Boris Charmatz invites the public of the Centre Pompidou-Metz to participate in an open-air workshop. The choreographer explores the circle, a form always prominent in dance—whether traditional or modern, classical or contemporary. How can we give new dimensions to rounds? Boris Charmatz considers the word 'circle' literally, creating a cyclical choreography incorporating renewed movements and gestures, set to the rhythm of music by MEUTE, a brass band from Hamburg.
