Born from a desire to blend cultures, the duo Desert Zone was envisioned by Alias POET. Following numerous travels across the world, he encountered and played traditional music, guided by a clear sense and deep understanding of exchange.
He then decided to incorporate the modernity of electronic sounds to create a hybrid music, merging electric guitar riffs from the Sahara with minimalist Berlin electro.
