Decoration of villages as part of artistic citizen participation. Residents of the municipality of Clervaux are invited to decorate wooden elements in the shape of delphinium flowers, an emblematic plant associated with Edward STEICHEN. This project aims to involve citizens and connect LUGA to the northern region of the country. After decoration, the flowers will be placed in the villages of the municipality, at the homes of the participants or in public spaces such as the 'Konschtpark,' currently under construction.
