The municipal council invites you to festivities as part of National Day and expresses great joy and honor in welcoming the hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie to Mondercange.
Day's Program:
- 1:00 PM: Opening of stands at Molter Park.
- 3:30 PM: Solemn Te Deum at the Mondercange Church.
- 4:15 PM: Assembly of the procession.
- 5:00 PM: Arrival and reception of the grand ducal couple.
- 5:05 PM: Flower arrangement at the Monument to the Dead.
- 5:15 PM: Departure of the procession through Escher and Lampecher Streets.
- 5:45 PM: Arrival of the procession at Molter Park.
Subsequently: mayor's address, beginning of the scouts' campfire, visit to the stands by the honorary guests, and an honorary wine offered by the Mondercange municipal council.
- 7:30 PM: Concert with the cover band "Changes".
- 10:30 PM: Laser show.
- 12:00 AM: End of festivities.
Throughout the evening, animation by DJ Cherry.
The village associations will ensure your well-being.
Good to know
Shuttles will be available to facilitate access to Molter Park:
- Shuttle between 2:00 PM and 2:00 AM from parking areas near the football field (FLF) and karting (ACL).
- Shuttle from the E.Leclerc supermarket parking in Foetz between 2:00 PM and 1:00 AM with a 10-minute frequency.
Parking spaces in the village are limited. A deposit system for reusable dishware will be implemented to promote the sustainability of the weekend.
