Sunday, June 29, from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM: multi-instrument sound bath on the theme "Third Eye Chakra"! A genuine immersion into sound and an incredible experience harmonizing the body and mind:
- Relaxes and calms the mind,
- Provides a deep sense of well-being,
- Balances and harmonizes the energy flow,
- Reduces fatigue while boosting energy.
Led by certified sound practitioner Delphine Nguyen.
Good to know
Contraindications: pregnant women (less than 4 months or more than 8 months), pacemaker wearers, psychotic disorders.
Age requirement: 18 years and over.
In case of cancellation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be due.
