With Confluere, Justė Janulytė delivers an immersive work where sonic textures blend into a continuous, obsessive, and relentless flow. In the Fifth Symphony, one of Tchaikovsky's masterpieces, an unyielding theme displaces every spark of vitality one by one. Conversely, Schumann's Concerto, initiated following his marriage to his beloved Clara, is nothing but exaltation. This composition showcases virtuosity aimed solely at celebrating the exuberance of romantic feelings, conducted under the baton of the award-winning Estonian conductor Kristiina Poska.
