At only 8 years old, he composed his first symphony. At 11 years old, he wrote his first opera, followed by many others. Altogether, Mozart created nearly 900 works before passing away at the age of 35. The program for this concert provides a glimpse of the genius's journey, from Symphony No. 1 to his final Symphony No. 41, nicknamed "Jupiter." Between these, the Bassoon Concerto showcases this lesser-known instrument, brought to life by the virtuosity of Juliette Bourette, solo bassoonist of the Orchestre national de Metz Grand Est.
