"Bei mir bist du schéin" is a concert-lecture by Guy Schons, recounting the history of Israelite colonies, the Yiddish language, and the coexistence of Jews and Christians since the Middle Ages. Guy Schons also addresses the pogroms in Eastern Europe, the refugee crisis of the 1930s, and deportations during World War II. He performs Yiddish songs from the ghettos such as "Dona, Dona" and classics like "Tumbalalaike" and "Bei mir bist du schéin". The content of the songs is explained in Luxembourgish before each performance.
