Yoga classes are led by Véronique Scheer, a yoga, Pilates, barre, and aerial yoga instructor with 10 years of experience. Known for blending Eastern wisdom with Western methodology, she offers diverse classes accessible to all levels. This all-levels class combines dynamic Vinyasa Flow with deep stretching, creating a balanced Yin-Yang experience that is both energizing and grounding.
Please bring your own yoga mat, and if you have yoga blocks and a belt, feel free to bring them, although the class is designed to be accessible without props.
Included in the price of 55 euros: a one-hour yoga class + 2 glasses of wine or Crémant of your choice + an individual plate with finger food.
