Every Friday, Villa Vauban offers a free guided tour of the permanent exhibition "A Walk Through Art." This exhibition takes visitors on a journey through three centuries of European artistic creation: from the Dutch 17th century, through the picturesque landscapes of Italy, to 19th-century French painting. Visitors can discover a variety of artistic styles, including small formats, miniatures, and a room dedicated to the acquisitions of Pescatore, a benefactor who enriched the collection through royal Dutch auction purchases in 1850. An immersive video projection precedes the visit, setting the tone for the upcoming exploration of the featured works.
