Lieshond sessions are gaining popularity, and for good reason: studies highlight the positive effects of reading assistance dogs on children, such as enhancing reading skills, boosting self-confidence, and fostering enjoyment in reading. The dogs are specially trained and "listen" to the children while they read aloud. These sessions also include interactive reading games involving the dogs, further motivating participants.
