These two workshops focus on exploring wild plants for cooking and color extraction, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team consisting of a botanist, a chef, a dyeing expert, and designers. During a botanical walk through Kirchberg neighborhood, you will learn to identify local edible plants and those used for color extraction. The practical part includes culinary experiments and learning natural dyeing techniques on textiles.
