Since 2015, this event has honored the promotion of inclusion and the fight against all forms of discrimination within organizations. The purpose of this award is to highlight and reward best practices in diversity management and equal opportunities. In the presence of Ms. Yuriko Backes, Minister of Gender Equality and Diversity, this sixth edition of the Diversity Awards will highlight the growing involvement of private, public, and associative organizations of all sizes in this field, whether signatories of the Diversity Charte Lëtzebuerg or not. Actions that promote diversity will be recognized in four specific categories.
