Join us for an event focused on exploring queer books for children and youth, hosted by the Laboratory of Queer Studies, on Gender and Feminisms (LEQGF) and CID | Fraen an Gender. This event highlights books for children and teens celebrating the diversity of queer experiences, such as rainbow families, gender identities and expressions, and body diversity, aiming to make these topics accessible from an early age. A respectful discussion will cover topics such as selecting books that reflect diversity and the role of libraries in promoting LGBTIQ+ themes.
