Alexis is an expert adventurer hunting snails. In search of the rare golden snail of Wapitipa, she ventures into the enchanted Forest of Kulaï-Nini with her friend Thédoule, a rat. However, a storm surprises them, and Thédoule is captured by a gigantic bird. Fortunately, the sought-after snail comes to the rescue, saving the companions from the hazards of the forest.
