WEEKLY THEATER WORKSHOP – ADULTS
OPEN DAY - TUESDAY classes
Artemysia Theatre's classes are open to anyone who wishes to share an experience of personal development, creativity, and well-being. We will explore improvisation, voice, and nonverbal communication, and we will address topics such as stage composition, gesture, emotional connection, relaxation, posture, storytelling, and, last but not least, we will value cultural and linguistic differences to enrich our theatrical experience. We use an original method inspired by Grotowski's physical actions, the training of L'Odin Teatret, and Stanislavski's character and emotion work. We will use rhythm, images, and sounds to build "bridges" between us and express the richness of our potential.
