The town of Fameck (Moselle) hosts the 36th edition of the Arab Film Festival – a major event for Arab world cinemas in France. This year, Lebanon is in the spotlight with programming showcasing the richness, creativity, and resilience of its filmmakers. Over 15 films – including fiction, documentaries, and animations – will be presented, along with retrospectives and new Lebanese creations. Screenings will be accompanied by discussions with directors, fostering exchange and dialogue.

The festival also showcases some forty films from the Arab world, organized into competitions, special screenings, and events. Juries from the cultural world will award various prizes, including an Audience Award. Parallel events such as panel discussions and workshops are also scheduled.
