Visits to the Archaeological Museum of Audun-le-Tiche
Discover the Archaeological Museum of Audun-le-Tiche, housed in a deconsecrated former Protestant temple. This museum showcases collections from the Pays-Haut Mosellan region, featuring exquisite artifacts from the Merovingian necropolis of Audun-le-Tiche and a remarkable array of Gallo-Roman statues. A unique piece, the Latin cross pattée, registered as a Historical Monument, is also on display. The exhibition spans over 300 m² across 6 rooms, offering a journey through eras from the Paleolithic period to 16th-century witch trials and the establishment of the Boch pottery industry in 1748.
