This magic wand is at the end of your pen: writing in a workbook structured according to the IRA PROGOFF Method.
In a four-day workshop, you work in a silent group. You are the only person who reads what you wrote. You are embarking on a process that helps you see more clearly in your life, to transform your relationships, to take stock of your beliefs and values, to overcome blockages and develop your creativity. Then, your workbook will become a life companion for you, neutral and caring, who will never pass judgment.
