The second concert of the Christmas season at Metz Cathedral features a duo with Judith Pacquier on the cornet à bouquin and Thierry Ferré on the Renaissance organ of the triforium. The cornet à bouquin, a wind instrument popular from the late 16th to mid-17th century, especially in Italy and Germany, harmonizes beautifully with the organ, particularly the triforium organ of the cathedral. The program includes works by G.P. Palestrina, G. Frescobaldi, B. Marini.
