In December 1982, Georges Christen, aged 19, broke his first world strength record for the Guinness Book of Records. Since then, with his famous 'Power Show', he has set 26 records in this prestigious book, performing feats such as pulling carriages, buses, and boats with his teeth or simultaneously stopping three airplanes. Over 40 years of career, Georges Christen has showcased this unique performance globally about 4000 times. During this workshop, he introduces children aged 6 and above to strength training activities adapted to their ages.
