Illustrated lecture by historian Robert L. Philippart about the villas built in the city park of Luxembourg: the Croix Rouge location, Villa Louvigny, Luga Culture Hub (Amberg), villa Vauban, villa Scheffer (now the bishop's palace), and the history of villa Baldauff (now Hôtel Pétrusse). These villas and those along boulevards Royal, Joseph II, and Prince Henri are all part of a “villa system” designed by urban planner Louis Fuchs.
