Oliver Herlitzka is a guitarist blending jazz and rock influences. Active for many years on the northern German jazz scene, he stands out for his energetic playing and captivating live performances. His latest album, "Between Edges", highlights the versatility and talent of his quintet. The compositions take the listener on a musical journey, ranging from sensitive melodies to upbeat rhythms – always carried by the distinctive sound of the ensemble. "It was important for us to create an album that allowed us musical freedom and simply brought us joy," explains Oliver Herlitzka. "With 'Between Edges', we hope to bridge different musical worlds." The album was released by HEY!JAZZ Records and is available on all the usual platforms, as well as in vinyl.
