While Suzanne, Derek, and Tom stay at their grandfather's house and he no longer feels like reading them stories, Suzanne takes on the role of storyteller and invites them to escape for a while. Through three tales, she brings joy and sharing where there was previously only sadness. This is an adaptation of stories for children by Czech writer Arnošt Goldflam. The film delicately explores themes like death, aging, and mourning through three animated stories, connected by a central narrative that brings back magic and joy.
