In Söhne, Catherine Elsen plays a provincial pharmacist devoted to her family and an activist in the conservative "Manif pour tous" movement. Meanwhile, one of her sons is drawn to far-right ideology, while another struggles to conceal his homosexuality. As the lines between personal and political life blur, the family falls apart. Playwright Marine Bachelot Nguyen explores modern divisions in this award-winning monologue, staged for the first time in German by Lynn Musiol.
