Conference - The Wall of André Breton's Studio, 1922-1966
One Thursday a month, discover an artist, a work, a movement or a school of thought that has left its mark on art history. Presented by Aurélie Verdier, curator at Centre Pompidou.
The wall of the studio at 42 rue Fontaine, a place of life and writing by the founder of the Surrealist movement, joined the Musée national d’art moderne in 2003. The aim is to shed light on this "wall" of heterogeneous objects: objects from Oceania, the Americas, modern art, folk art, natural objects, major pieces or trinkets.
Where does it take place?
