The play "Ex" by Marius von Mayenburg (translated by Joséphine de Weck) explores the extreme limits of a couple pushed to their breaking point. Daniel, an architect, comes home late, angering his wife Sibylle, a doctor. As tensions rise, the arrival of Franziska, Daniel’s ex, brings old questions back to the surface and disrupts their daily life. The play’s bitter humor highlights power dynamics in their relationship and questions the truth of their memories.
