#ISLECISLoft: Leadership Lessons Learned
The final #ISLECISLoft session for the 2025–2026 school year, titled "Leadership Lessons Learned," brings together four experienced international school leaders. They will share their journeys, the moments that shaped them, the challenges they encountered, and the insights guiding their practice.
This interactive format is ideal for both new and seasoned leaders seeking new perspectives. Participants will join two rounds of small group conversations, each led by one of the leaders, providing an opportunity for personal exchange. The session will end with a group reflection on common themes and takeaways to strengthen leadership in international school settings.

- Nunana Nyomi (Principal at Ecolint’s Campus des Nations), specialized in inclusion and diversity
