The 12th edition of "La Messine" will take place on Sunday, April 26, 2026, starting from Place de la République. Organized by the A2M association, this solidarity running event brings together over 10,000 runners every year in support of the fight against breast cancer.
La Messine is a women-only charity run/walk designed to support the fight against breast cancer and raise awareness about screening and support for affected women. Each year, thousands of participants create a sea of pink throughout the city of Metz. Since 2012, this charitable event has raised €541,640 for breast cancer research.
Note: Men can also take part in this emblematic event in Metz!

Four challenges are proposed:
- La Messine – 7 km: ages 15 to 100, €15
- The Messine "I walk/run with mom" – 7 km: for ages 11 to 14 inclusive, €8
- The Mini Messina – 1 km: for ages 7 to 10 inclusive, €6
- The Messina baby play area – 400 m: up to and including 6 years old, €4
