Breathe in—it's time to relax!
We’re excited to welcome you to our accessible yoga series, especially designed for the queer community. These sessions focus on meditation and relaxation rather than movement, perfect for those who find traditional yoga a bit much or simply want a gentler, more affirming space.
Nonie, the instructor, grew up in a family where yoga was practiced daily. After six years of intensive Power Yoga training in India, she began teaching during the pandemic, making it her full-time career. Her sessions are inclusive and accessible, encouraging self-love, mindfulness, and a deep mind-body connection.
Good to know
Wear comfortable clothing, bring your own yoga mat (or borrow one on-site). Try to avoid eating or drinking too much beforehand. These sessions are not recommended for pregnant people.
Participation is free, places are limited. First come, first served.
