UNDERSTANDING AND ACTING TO DECARBONIZE OUR TRAVEL
The Mobility Fresco is a collaborative and fun workshop that helps to better understand the carbon impact of our travel and to explore concrete solutions for adopting more sustainable mobility.
During this participatory workshop led by LuxMobility, participants will work together to reconstruct the landscape of mobility and analyze the links between transport, climate, energy, and society. The goal is to better understand current challenges and identify levers for action accessible to everyone.
Accessible to both novices and experts, the Fresco allows us to take a step back from our travel habits and imagine alternatives that are better suited to the Luxembourg context.
ON THE PROGRAM
An overview of mobility
What proportion of our carbon footprint is due to travel? Which modes of transport dominate today? What energy sources power our mobility? What are the impacts on the climate, health, and the economy?
A concrete action plan
Participants discover the different levers that make it possible to reduce the carbon footprint of mobility, both individually and collectively.
A fun and inspiring moment
Through a role-playing game, become a “mobility coach” and support different types of people in adopting less carbon-intensive travel practices.
A WORKSHOP OPEN TO EVERYONE
Citizens, associations, communities, students, businesses: the Mobility Fresco is aimed at all people who wish to better understand the challenges of mobility and contribute to imagining solutions for tomorrow.
This workshop is part of the Let'z do it – sustainable mobility program, which explores concrete solutions at Äerdschëff to reduce the ecological footprint of travel in Luxembourg.
