Rediscover the Botanical Garden during a mindful walk punctuated with sophrology exercises in harmony with the environment. Enjoy fresh air and relaxation at your own pace, sharpen your senses, and be fully present in your body.

Facilitator: Sylvie Grosse, RNCP-certified sophrologist and relaxation therapist. Group limited to 5 people, reservation required. Please bring sneakers, a water bottle, and a small backpack for added comfort. Private tours available upon request.
