On the initiative of Collectif RIVETÉ.

Duo show by Valentine Cotte & Chloé Saksik.

Valentine Cotte and Chloé Saksik focus on materials and different forms of life. Their works become a way to reflect on vulnerability and persistence. Through a universe inspired by medieval references, Valentine Cotte displays wounds and their bandages. She subverts heroic and warrior codes to create an iconography where fragility and care are synonymous with resistance.

Chloé Saksik, for her part, creates from gathered, organic or abandoned materials. Her pieces, marked by the idea of mutation and instability, evoke transforming landscapes and marginal life forms.

The exhibition offers a new space where care and transformation become sensitive responses to an unbalanced world. In a permeable ecosystem, the pieces interact through illusions and hybridization of forms. Matter becomes a space of tension, where life cracks, repairs, and reinvents itself.
