The house band of the Altrimenti Jazz Club returns to the stage for its monthly concert. With a solid rhythm section, dynamic brass, and captivating vocals, the ensemble celebrates a smooth blend of swing, rhythm’n’blues, and soul through hits by Stevie Wonder, Frank Sinatra, Nina Simone, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, and many more.
Led by pianist Geoffrey Sabba, the band brings together musicians from across the Greater Region, bridging generations and diverse influences. A unique combination of intuition, imagination, and talent allows for creative improvisation, fueling the band’s chemistry.
Line-up: Salima Cherifi (vocals), Simon Acquaviva (guitar), Geoffrey Sabba (piano), Cyrian Prudhomme (trumpet), Alessandro Biasi (saxophone), Sergueï Khmielevskoi (trombone), Thadée Sarter (double bass), Rémy Narozny (drums).
