For its 5th part of the season on the theme "Self-Portrait, Portrait of the Self" sponsored by Isabelle Chapuis, Metz Photo invites you to discover the exhibition "Je me souviens de la couleur" by Julien Sackstéder.

This exhibition explores the double disappearance of the artist’s childhood home and the passage of time linked to it. Each self-portrait is taken in a different room, like a departure ritual, and a way to interact with the past. The artist photographs his body in interaction with this familiar space in order to freeze time and transform loss into creation.
